Louisa Carruthers was awarded the ‘Rising Star Under 30’ at the Tenth Annual Wealth Briefing European Awards 2022. Louisa is Portfolio Manager at Lincoln. She is an integral member of the Lincoln team and has huge input into many aspects of the business, but particularly in her main role in the investment team. She embodies the Lincoln culture, always putting clients at the forefront and si committed to providing excellent service and performance to our clients.

Showcasing ‘best of breed’ in the European region, the awards have been designed to recognise outstanding organisations grouped by specialism and geography which the prestigious panel of independent judges seemed to have ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence during the last year’. Each of the categories is highly contested and is subject to a rigorous process before the ultimate winner is selected by the judges.

Judges were greatly impressed with Louisa’s significant commitment to her team and her self-developed. She commits her time and energy into self-progression as well as being part of topical frameworks within the business in order to support her colleagues. A very well-deserved win.
