Jointly owned by our team and our clientsWe believe that shareholders should care about exceptional service and long-term investment performance, not driving profits at the expense of clients and their families. For this reason Lincoln only allows clients and team members to be owners of our business. The transparency we provide to our shareholders is for the benefit of all of our clients. Their presence ensures that we remain focused at all times on delivering on our responsibilities to our clients, in a fair and unconflicted manner. We are on our clients’ sideLincoln Private Investment Office was founded with one aim; to make wealth management work for our clients. We are not looking to exploit economies of scale, but to provide a personal service on an individual basis. Our strength lies in understanding exactly what our clients want to achieve and providing a personal service on an individual basis. We do not have any of our own products, nor do we conform to a particular investment style. We deliver fair, flexible and unconflicted wealth management advice to our clients.
-
We run our own money alongside our clients’We have the courage of our convictions, and for this reason the team at Lincoln have all of our own personal assets in the same investments as our clients, putting us on common ground when making investment decisions. With our own assets committed, we remain focused in a way that few other wealth management businesses are. If we ever lose money for our clients, then we will lose money for ourselves and our families too.

Why Lincoln
What We Do
-
Allowing clients to delegate the management of their wealth to an experienced team. After a number of in-depth discussions with each client, we agree on a long-term strategy, which reflects the client’s investment objectives and sensitivity to risk. We build these objectives into our historical and forward-looking analysis to create an optimal Personal Asset Allocation. Our Discretionary portfolios are efficient, globally diversified, and unique to the client.
“We believe the core of our clients’ wealth should be managed in a transparent and easily accessible manner, with exposure to equities, bonds and absolute return strategies and a focus on international diversification, capital protection and liquidity.”
-
We offer intelligent, high-conviction Advisory Investment ideas to complement our Discretionary Management services.Where clients would like direct involvement in investment decisions, we offer an Advisory Investment service. The service offers access to assets such as private equity, property and traditional hedge funds. Through our broad network we see a significant number of investment opportunities, and select a small number of the highest quality ideas, many of which are not available to most investors.
“Alternative investments are an important way to both increase returns and diversification from public markets. This part of our business, which we engage with clients on an advisory basis, is another area that sets us apart.”
-
Lincoln functions as a focal point for our clients’ wider financial requirements. Our Family Office Services reflect each family’s objectives, needs and aspirations. The goal is to help our clients plan for the future by protecting and growing their assets.
“Our Family Office Services allow us to take a comprehensive approach when advising our clients, to ensure that all aspects of their financial circumstances and requirements are considered.”
How We Invest
-
Every client’s portfolio is uniqueThe needs of our clients are complex and diverse. For this reason, we create a Personal Asset Allocation for each of their portfolios. We ensure that our clients’ goals are not made to conform to a pre-defined risk profile. This means no two client portfolios are the same.
-
We track down the best opportunities for our clients in each asset classWe have a wider investment universe than our much larger competitors. Our network opens the door to investments not readily available to the marketplace. Unrestricted access to the best managers gives us the ability to deliver real, long-term investment performance.
-
All of our clients' portfolios are managed for performanceInvesting alongside our clients means we share a common passion for long-term investment performance. We make investment decisions with conviction and are not afraid to challenge the consensus. We create real value by engaging with a mixture of strategies, informed by the global oversight of our Investment Committee and Investment Advisory Board.
Who We Are
-
Our team are passionate investors who are proud of what they do. All of our Advisers have extensive experience in the financial services industry.
